Team trust

Good conversation on Wednesday about our own reactions and the one audience member's to all the gay references in last Saturday's show. Our willingness to speak openly illustrates that we trust ourselves as a team.

I want to thank everyone for having a professional level discussion with this matter and for respecting other opinions. It is my hope that this will continue even when we may have the occasional greater disagreement.

It's never easy to filter an audience member's comments since we do act in the moment on stage, but having the discussion prepares us to meet those challenges at a higher level of intelligence.

Looking forward to the next fun show with you guys.
