Our team needs a mission statement. A mission statement proclaims our purpose and our hopes. It expresses how we serve others through improv. It is the flag we rally around and the beacon that guides us.
Please offer your thoughts for a mission statement. Why do you want to get in front of a crowd and do the crazy, silly stuff that we do? How does our "work" fulfill you? How do you see it as a service to others?

Heady stuff, but here's what I think. People come to our shows because they want a fun night out with family and friends. They want to laugh. Maybe this is the highlight of their week. We want to have fun as a team, too, but we need an audience. We have to share.
